Prices Per Room Including full cooked breakfast, based on 2 people sharing

Hayloft room is a twin en-suite with kitchenette facilities. £55 per room per night.
Tack room is a double en-suite with kitchenette facilities. £55 per room per night.
(These 2 rooms can be used jointly as an inter-connecting family suite)

The above rooms are dog friendly - please add £5 per dog per night to the tariff.

Ironbridge room, large double en-suite. £70 per room per night.
Benthall room, a 4 poster with private bathroom. £70 per room per night.
Broseley room, a large twin en-suite. £70 per room per night. The Broseley room is also our family room at £90 per room per night (with 1 child), please add £10 each additional child.

The Hayloft and Tack rooms come complete with kitchenettes and can be used on a self catering basis. Additionally, they are ideal to be used jointly as a family suite.

Gift Vouchers

Stuck for a birthday or anniversary present....... we provide gift vouchers for 1, 2 or 3 night stays or a monetary contribution. The voucher comes complete with Hilltop gift card.

We welcome professionals, and special long-term business rates may be discussed in advance. Please note there is often a 2 night stay minimum for weekends, during busy times of the year.

To secure your booking, we require a deposit of first night cost per room and full payment is due on arrival.

We can accept credit and debit cards,(not American Express or Diners Club) cheques with guarantee card (payable to Hilltop House) or by cash.

Cancellation Policy

1. A deposit of first night per room is required when making a booking.

2.Pre-paid deposits or payments are non-refundable . However if 14 days notice is given we may be able to fill a cancelled vacancy -cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged for the full duration of the stay.

3. Upon cancellation - any refund will be at the discretion of the proprietor

4. Curtailment of stay will incur full pre-booked charge.

5. The full cost of the total stay will be charged if a guest fails to turn up without given notice or cancel within the 14 day period,

We reserve - as a last resort - the right to re-assign your booking to an alternative guest house of similar status and cost within the locality of the Gorge in the event of incapacity of the proprietors of Hilltop House , loss of essential utility ; interruption of essential service . Should such event occur we will make every effort to contact you before your arrival.

Please do not hesitate to ask, if you require clarification on any of the above. These terms & conditions are stated to make clear to all guests that Hilltop House is our family home, as well as operating as a bed and breakfast. Therefore - like all family homes, there are normal hazards , it is important to realise that whereas we can make provisions to avoid specific hazards , it is relevant to accept that all occupants need to take personal responsibility for their care and personal safety.
